[Abstract]:This paper is divided into five parts.
Part one: literature review
This chapter reviews the relevant documents on Sino African relations and how China Africa relations affect the economic development of Africa. First, it expounds the background of the origin of Sino African relations and the beginning of bilateral economic cooperation between colonial China and the African continent.
The content about the Sino African relations international relations scholars about the inevitable, this chapter points out that scholars benefit things, and in the long run, worried about the fate of the relationship. In addition, the Sino African Cooperation forum to study China policy in Africa and its economic cooperation with Africa.
The first chapter also introduces the viewpoints of Nigeria scholars who are concerned about the similarity between China and Nigeria, namely population, diversity, etc., and points out that by developing relations with China, Nigeria can adapt to or copy the Chinese mode to change its economy.
This chapter also summarizes the opinions of scholars of Garner, they believe that China to Garner offers a choice of bilateral relations in Gold Coast. As a heavily dependent on foreign direct investment country, scholars believe unconditionally in the investment and loan, Garner would benefit from the Chinese economy.
The second part: the theoretical framework
This chapter examines the increasingly close relationship between China and Africa and the theory of international relations that Africa identifies with China.
Soft power theory is used to explain how China can win the welcome of Africa and how to expand its influence in the mainland. How does soft power play a role in China Africa Cooperation Forum? List examples of soft power from the aspects of economy, health, culture and capacity building.
Domestic politics is used to explain why Africa responds to the friendly gesture of China. Although Africa is against this relationship, domestic politics plays a role in individual countries, so it is more applicable in case studies.
Nigeria's former president Olusegun Obasanjo has taken a series of policies to strengthen the bilateral relations of the outline, this part of Nigeria's domestic politics are simply explained.
This chapter takes Garner as an example to explain how domestic politics work to ensure closer ties between Garner and China. After the coup of.1999, relations between the two sides deteriorated, and then the democratic government restored relations between the two countries.
The third part: case study and analysis of Nigeria
The evidence provided in this chapter shows that after decades of military rule almost paralyzed the economy, the theory of soft power has played a role in promoting Nigeria's economic development in China.
It provides a background for Nigeria's political history, which will help explain how Nigeria's economy is going to be destroyed. It also explains how Nigeria's domestic politics resumed democratic rule in 1999 and promoted relations between the two countries.
This chapter provides several examples of the influence of bilateral relations for the economic development of Nigeria. Then, it explains the relationship between the development of how to finance small and medium enterprises, especially some non oil exports data reflected in support of this view.
The fourth part: the case study and analysis of Garner
The fourth part is very similar to the third part, except that Garner is regarded as a case of economic development in China Africa relations.
In the political history, Garner and Nigeria are very different, which makes Garner's political history has a broader space, in Garner just got independence, which shows its wealth to the people. It provides an overview of some domestic policy how to destroy Garner's economy and efforts to restore it.
The data provided provide an overview of the consolidation of the relationship between China and Garner. Then, it focuses on how this relationship helps to promote the business sector of Garner's small and medium-sized businesses, which has become the key to Garner's economic development in the near future.
The fifth part: summary and influence
The fifth chapter summarizes and discusses the relationship between China and Africa, the relationship between China and Nigeria, China and Garner. It provides us some suggestions to make this relationship mutually beneficial.
It has repeatedly pointed out that for its own development, Africa needs to take responsibility and have the need to understand China's policies, such as the policies of the International Monetary Fund and the world bank. If the change of certain attitudes is not adopted, it will not develop the mainland.
The fifth chapter emphasizes the risks involved in the continuous rise of imports between Nigeria and Garner. It reflects the need for Nigeria to pay attention to other sectors except oil. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure that Garner finds that new oil will not distract other sectors of the economy.
