东亚区域合作与中日关系的互动研究

【摘要】： 在经济全球化迅猛发展的当下,各国都有区域合作的愿望并已经付诸于行动。与欧洲一体化及北美自由贸易区相比,东亚区域合作还处于起步阶段,其原因在于作为东亚地区的中国和日本,这两个大国的之间还持有“零和”与“博弈”的观念。因此,中日两国应该不断地调整和修改自己的策略,加强彼此的政治互信、拓宽两国民众的交往和沟通,增进相互之间的了解,消除隔阂,推动中日关系朝着友好互信、合作双赢的方向发展。这不仅有利于两国关系的健康发展,还对推动东亚区域合作也有着重要意义。同时,东亚区域合作对中日关系的发展也有着重要的影响。东亚区域合作不但可以加强中日间的民间交往、形成积极的角色身份认知、从而建立中日互信机制,而且有利于构建东亚集体认同,推动东亚一体化的进程。因此研究东亚区域合作与中日关系的互动有着重要的现实意义：论文分为四个部分对东亚区域合作与中日关系的互动进行分析：第一部分：东亚区域合作与中日关系的互动形成。东亚地区也建立了10+3、东亚峰会等多种区域或次区域的合作机制。与此同时,中日也经历着角色身份的转变。东亚区域合作为中日关系打造新的平台,同时中日关系也影响着东亚区域合作的进展。第二部分：东亚区域合作对中日关系的影响。详细的阐释了东亚区域合作的多边机制和东亚共识对两国关系的重要推动作用。中日在东亚区域合作的进程中存在着多方面的分歧,导致中日陷入安全困境。第三部分：中日关系的两面性对东亚区域合作的影响。中日对手、敌人的角色认知心态表现在区域交往的多个方面,竞争关系阻碍了东亚区域合作的发展。但是我们也应该看到中日关系中合作的一面,中日合作关系将是是东亚区域合作的不竭动力。第四部分：东亚区域合作与中日关系的互动前景。东亚区域合作的发展速度将会加快,这进有利于中日加强协商,建立长期对等的对话机制,发展中日友好关系。中日关系将保持竞争中深化合作的发展态势。中日合作关系的深入发展有利于东亚共同体的建设。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, all countries have the desire of regional cooperation and have already put into practice.Compared with European integration and North American Free Trade area, East Asian regional cooperation is still in its infancy. The reason is that China and Japan, as East Asian countries, still hold the concept of "zero sum" and "game" between these two big countries.Therefore, China and Japan should constantly adjust and revise their own strategies, strengthen mutual political mutual trust, broaden exchanges and communication between the people of the two countries, enhance mutual understanding, eliminate the estrangement, and push China-Japan relations towards friendship and mutual trust.Cooperation and win-win development.This is not only conducive to the healthy development of bilateral relations, but also to the promotion of regional cooperation in East Asia.At the same time, regional cooperation in East Asia also has an important impact on the development of Sino-Japanese relations.Regional cooperation in East Asia can not only strengthen the folk exchanges between China and Japan, but also establish the mutual trust mechanism between China and Japan, and promote the process of East Asian integration.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the interaction between East Asian regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The paper is divided into four parts to analyze the interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The first part: the formation of the interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.East Asia has also established 10 3, East Asia Summit and other regional or subregional cooperation mechanisms.At the same time, China and Japan also experienced the transformation of role identity.Regional cooperation in East Asia creates a new platform for Sino-Japanese relations, and Sino-Japanese relations also affect the progress of regional cooperation in East Asia.The second part: the influence of East Asian regional cooperation on Sino-Japanese relations.The multilateral mechanism of regional cooperation in East Asia and the important role of the East Asian consensus in promoting the relationship between the two countries are explained in detail.There are many differences between China and Japan in the process of regional cooperation in East Asia, which leads to the security dilemma between China and Japan.The third part: the influence of the two sides of Sino-Japanese relations on East Asia regional cooperation.The role cognition mentality of Chinese and Japanese adversaries is manifested in many aspects of regional communication, and the competitive relationship hinders the development of regional cooperation in East Asia.The fourth part: the prospect of interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The development of regional cooperation in East Asia will be accelerated, which will help China and Japan to strengthen consultations, establish a long-term reciprocal dialogue mechanism, and develop friendly relations between China and Japan.Sino-Japanese relations will maintain the development trend of deepening cooperation in competition.The further development of Sino-Japanese cooperative relations is conducive to the construction of the East Asian Community.
