国外反恐治理实践及其启示

【摘要】：当前,恐怖主义袭击在全球有升级的趋势,我国社会面临的反恐压力也在不断增大。为此有必要借鉴国外在反恐立法、反恐战略实施、反恐协同机制与具体手段措施等方面的经验,通过建立国家反恐战略、健全完善反恐工作体制机制、推进国际合作、加大源头治理等措施,提高我国的反恐治理能力,有效保障国家安全与社会稳定。
[Abstract]:At present, the terrorist attack in the world has the trend of escalation, our society is facing the pressure of anti-terrorism is also increasing.For this reason, it is necessary to learn from the experience of foreign countries in anti-terrorism legislation, counter-terrorism strategy implementation, anti-terrorism coordination mechanisms and specific means and measures, and through the establishment of a national counter-terrorism strategy, to improve the counter-terrorism work system and mechanisms, and to promote international cooperation.Strengthen measures such as source control, improve our anti-terrorism management ability, and effectively guarantee national security and social stability.
