美俄在乌克兰危机中战略博弈的影响及启示

【摘要】：正乌克兰危机至今已近一年,经历了从持续抗议冲突、政府更权、克里米亚入俄;到东部战乱、马航客机坠落、举行大选;再到停火协议有名无实、放弃不结盟地位、形成军事对峙。如今局势仍旧波诡云谲、不容乐观。美俄围绕乌克兰战略博弈的持续加力和翻新是贯穿这场危机过程的基本内容,也是后冷战时期霸权国家与地区大国地缘战略较量的一种反映。深入了解美俄在本轮危机中的博弈和影响,并思考对我国家安全危机管控的启示,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:It has been nearly a year since the crisis in Ukraine, ranging from continuing protests and conflicts, government power, Crimea into Russia, to the war in the east, the crash of a Malaysian airliner and holding a general election, to a ceasefire agreement that is nominal and renounced its non-alignment status.To form a military confrontation.Today, the situation is still treacherous, not optimistic.The continuous exertion and renovation of the strategic game between the United States and Russia around Ukraine is the basic content running through the process of the crisis, and it is also a reflection of the geo-strategic contest between the hegemonic powers and regional powers in the post-Cold War period.It is of great practical significance to deeply understand the game and influence of the United States and Russia in the current crisis and to think about the enlightenment to the management and control of China's national security crisis.
