从安倍主义到积极和平主义:安倍外交动态失衡研究

【摘要】：回顾安倍执政以来的日本外交发展历程,从安倍主义到积极和平主义都展示了日本外交的现状和未来趋势。遗憾的是,这种外交公关所秉持的理念并没有取得显著的成效,反而表现为安倍外交的动态失衡,即日本外交难以取得有效的均衡效应。在安倍政权外交的实施中,首先表现为安倍主义占主导作用,随后转入对积极和平主义的承接,这一变化进程造成了安倍政权外交的动态失衡,主要表现为日本外交战略定位的扭曲、外交战略认知的变态以及外交战略实施的走形。基于对安倍政权外交的动态失衡研究,有必要对这一局面展开必要的应对,而应对需要从学理和政策两个层面加以考量。
[Abstract]:Reviewing the development of Japanese diplomacy since Abe came into power, from Abe's doctrine to positive pacifism, it shows the present situation and future trend of Japan's diplomacy.Unfortunately, this concept of diplomatic public relations has not achieved any significant results, but the dynamic imbalance of Abe's diplomacy, that is, Japan's diplomacy is difficult to achieve an effective equilibrium effect.In the implementation of Abe's regime diplomacy, the first manifestation was that Abe's doctrine dominated, and then turned to the undertaking of positive pacifism, which resulted in the dynamic imbalance of Abe's regime's diplomacy.The main manifestations are the distortion of Japan's diplomatic strategic orientation, the metamorphosis of diplomatic strategy cognition and the aberration of diplomatic strategy implementation.Based on the study of the dynamic imbalance of Abe's regime diplomacy, it is necessary to deal with this situation, which needs to be considered from both theoretical and policy aspects.
