中华传统文化与中国国际话语权的建构路径

【摘要】：话语权是指通过话语所包含的概念内涵、理论逻辑、核心价值、意识形态、规则规范等因素所产生的影响力。国际话语权不仅成为国际竞争的重要组成部分,而且已经成为主导国际关系的战略制高点。传统文化构成了国家和民族的精神标识、文化血脉和价值系统,中国国际话语权具有深厚的传统文化基因。作为新兴大国,如何依托传统文化提升中国国际话语权,对于实现和平崛起和中华民族的伟大复兴具有深远的现实意义。针对借助传统文化提升中国国际话语权所面临的复杂的现实困境,必须要把传统文化理念融入价值引领、文化产业、学术创新、公共外交和全球治理的具体实践中去,切实提高以传统文化增强中国国际话语权的有效性。
[Abstract]:Discourse right refers to the influence produced by such factors as conceptual connotation, theoretical logic, core value, ideology, rules and regulations, which are contained in discourse.The right of international discourse has become not only an important part of international competition, but also the strategic commanding point of leading international relations.Traditional culture constitutes the national and national spiritual identity, cultural blood and value system, China's international discourse has a profound traditional culture gene.As an emerging country, how to promote China's international discourse rights by relying on traditional culture has far-reaching practical significance for the realization of peaceful rise and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In view of the complex and realistic dilemma that China faces in promoting its international discourse rights with the help of traditional culture, it is necessary to integrate the traditional cultural concepts into the concrete practice of value leading, cultural industry, academic innovation, public diplomacy and global governance.Effectively improve the effectiveness of enhancing China's international discourse rights through traditional culture.
