【摘要】：正是由于受到美国传统文化的影响,美国的国家利益观深深打上了美国传统文化的烙印,而美国的霸权政策也正是这种受到美国传统文化影响的国家利益观在国际交往实践中的具体体现,美国传统文化则通过对国家利益观的建构为美国霸权政策的实施提供了理论依据。本文试着从传统文化的角度来分析其对美国霸权政策的影响和作用,从而正确分析和判断美国霸权政策的基本方式和走向。除导论外,本文分四章论述了美国传统文化对其霸权政策的影响并对美国的霸权政策做出预判。第一章,从源头上介绍了美国传统文化的两大来源,分别是英国的新教精神和欧洲的自由主义；并对美国传统文化的主要特征诸如清教主义、个人主义等进行了论述。第二章,通过美国传统文化的几个方面来分析其对美国国家利益观的影响,主要集中在清教主义对于美国国家安全利益观、实用主义对于美国国家政治利益观和个人及自由主义对于美国国家经济利益观的层面之间的关系。第三章,通过对美国国家利益观三个层面的解析,逐一分析各个层面的国家利益观是如何影响美国的霸权政策的,并对美国霸权政策的具体表现形式给与简要分析。第四章,重申了美国传统文化是如何通过影响美国国家利益观进而来实现对美国霸权政策影响的关系研究,探讨美国霸权政策内在的文化性制约因素,更好的探明美国霸权政策必将走向失败的趋势以及其受挫的长期性,为中国的未来发展提供有益的借鉴。综上所述,本文希望通过四个部分的整合架构起美国传统文化对其霸权政策影响的关系研究理论框架,并进一步阐述传统文化对美国霸权政策的内在制约性和中国的应对,为中国从文化因素中寻求构建中美新型关系提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:It is precisely because of the influence of the American traditional culture that the American concept of national interest is deeply branded by the traditional American culture.And the hegemonic policy of the United States is precisely the concrete embodiment of this view of national interests, which is influenced by the traditional American culture, in the practice of international exchanges.American traditional culture provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of American hegemonic policy through the construction of national interests.This paper tries to analyze its influence and function on American hegemonic policy from the angle of traditional culture, so as to correctly analyze and judge the basic way and trend of American hegemonic policy.In addition to the introduction, this paper discusses the influence of American traditional culture on its hegemonic policy in four chapters.The first chapter introduces the two major sources of American traditional culture, which are English Protestantism and European liberalism, and discusses the main characteristics of American traditional culture, such as Puritanism and individualism.The second chapter, through several aspects of American traditional culture to analyze its impact on the national interests of the United States, mainly focused on Puritanism to the national security interests of the United States.The relationship between pragmatism on American national political interests and individual and liberalism on American national economic interests.The third chapter, through the analysis of the three levels of American national interest, analyzes how each level of national interest affects the hegemonic policy of the United States, and gives a brief analysis of the specific manifestation of the American hegemonic policy.In the fourth chapter, the author restates how the traditional American culture influences the American national interests and the influence of the American hegemonic policy, and probes into the cultural restrictive factors of the American hegemonic policy.A better understanding of the trend of American hegemonic policy toward failure and its long-term frustration will provide a useful reference for the future development of China.To sum up, this paper hopes to establish the theoretical framework of the relationship between American traditional culture and its hegemonic policy through the integration of four parts, and further elaborate the inherent constraints of traditional culture on American hegemonic policy and China's response.It provides a useful reference for China to seek to build a new relationship between China and the United States from the cultural factors.
