国际话语权的生成逻辑

【摘要】：国际话语权的生成逻辑是基于国际话语权的客观生成规律,对国际话语权生成过程的理论把握和根本说明,它是对国际话语权认知问题的印证与深化,也是探索国际话语权发展策略的科学依据。当今世界,国际话语权的生成过程主要体现出"普遍需求转化为共同话语"、"综合国力转化为话语权力"、"内部聚变转化为外部裂变"、"民族愿景转化为世界表达"、"话语创新转化为传播优势"、"多元激荡转化为思想交融"等生成逻辑。从生动复杂的国际话语权实践中提炼出生成逻辑,是推动国际话语权理论研究和实践发展不可或缺的重要内容。
[Abstract]:The generative logic of international discourse rights is based on the objective law of international discourse rights. It is the theoretical grasp and fundamental explanation of the process of international discourse rights generation. It is the confirmation and deepening of the cognitive problems of international discourse rights. It is also the scientific basis for exploring the development strategy of international discourse power. In today's world, The forming process of international discourse power mainly embodies "universal demand is transformed into common discourse", "comprehensive national power is transformed into discourse power", "internal fusion is transformed into external fission", "national vision is transformed into world expression", "discourse innovation is transformed" In order to spread the superiority, "the multivariate agitation transforms into the thought blend" and so on generation logic. Abstract the generative logic from the vivid and complicated practice of international discourse right is an indispensable content to promote the theoretical research and practical development of international discourse right.
