浅析俄罗斯对阿富汗的政策变化及其影响

【摘要】：俄罗斯是影响阿富汗国家发展进程的重要国家。阿富汗对俄罗斯具有重要的战略价值,它事关俄罗斯的地缘政治利益,还关系到俄罗斯反恐和反毒斗争的成败。近年俄罗斯对阿富汗政策发生了积极的变化,表现在阿富汗在俄外交中的地位逐渐提升、俄对阿政策趋于务实、俄更强调发挥多边合作机制的作用等方面。俄罗斯的阿富汗政策对地区安全格局、地缘政治和中美相关战略产生了重要影响。鉴于未来阿富汗局势的不确定性,俄罗斯能否实现其既定政策目标仍存较大变数。
[Abstract]:Russia is an important country affecting Afghanistan's national development process. Afghanistan has important strategic value to Russia, which is related to Russia's geopolitical interests and the success or failure of Russia's fight against terrorism and drugs. In recent years, positive changes have taken place in Russia's policy towards Afghanistan, which is reflected in the gradual improvement of Afghanistan's position in Russian diplomacy, the pragmatism of Russia's policy towards Afghanistan, and the emphasis on giving play to the role of multilateral cooperation mechanism. Russia's Afghan policy has had an important impact on regional security patterns, geopolitics and related strategies between China and the United States. Given the uncertainty of the future situation in Afghanistan, it is still uncertain whether Russia will achieve its stated policy objectives.
