影响以色列和土耳其关系的因素分析

【摘要】： 以色列和土耳其都是中东地区具有重要影响力的国家。两国都有着悠久的历史和灿烂的文化;两国都是非阿拉伯国家,都属于中东地区的“少数民族”。两国人民在历史上从未进行过战争。早在1949年3月,以土两国就建立了外交关系,土耳其也因此成为第一个与以色列建立外交关系的伊斯兰国家。几十年来,两国之间的关系受到了两国国内的政治制度、经济和军事上的往来,以及外部国家等诸多因素的影响。两国国内相似的政治制度、良性的经济以及军事上的互动与合作,为两国关系的发展奠定了良好的基础。但是由于中东地区的重要性和复杂性,以色列和土耳其两国关系的发展也不是一帆风顺的,它同时也受到各种外部因素的影响。目前,以土关系的发展主要受到美国、欧盟、伊朗、叙利亚等外部因素的影响。其中,美国和欧盟因素主要对以土关系的发展起了积极的推动作用,而伊朗和叙利亚因素则主要制约了以土关系的发展。各方面的影响因素加上双方对各自国家利益的考虑,使两国的关系呈螺旋上升趋势。本文以勾勒以色列和土耳其建交以来双边关系的发展轨迹为基础,力图找出影响两国关系发展的因素并对这些因素进行深刻的剖析,从而对两国关系未来的走向作出学理性预测。由于以土两国在中东地区的重要性,对两国关系当今发展状况及未来走向的预测可以帮助我们更好地认识中东地区的政治格局。同时,由于土耳其的伊斯兰特性,使其在解决阿以冲突中扮演了重要的角色,在西方国家中的权重不断提升,为伊斯兰国家与以色列和平相处提供了良好的典范。再者,对当今两国关系发展状况及未来走向的预测有助于中国推动解决中东和平进程,有助于我国更好地在中东地区实施劝和促谈的政策。
[Abstract]:Both Israel and Turkey are influential countries in the Middle East. Both countries have a long history and splendid culture; both are non-Arab and belong to the Middle East's ethnic minorities. The two peoples have never fought a war in history. As early as March 1949, Israel and Turkey established diplomatic relations, and Turkey became the first Islamic country to establish diplomatic relations with Israel. For decades, relations between the two countries have been influenced by domestic political systems, economic and military exchanges, and external countries. The similar political system, benign economic and military interaction and cooperation between the two countries have laid a good foundation for the development of bilateral relations. However, due to the importance and complexity of the Middle East, the development of relations between Israel and Turkey is not smooth, it is also affected by various external factors. At present, the development of relations between Israel and Turkey is mainly affected by external factors such as the United States, the European Union, Iran and Syria. Among them, the factors of the United States and the European Union have played a positive role in promoting the development of the relations between Israel and Turkey, while the factors of Iran and Syria have mainly restricted the development of the relations between Israel and Turkey. The influence factors of each side and the consideration of their respective national interests make the relationship between the two countries spiral upward. Based on the outline of the development of bilateral relations between Israel and Turkey since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Israel and Turkey, this paper tries to find out the factors that affect the development of relations between the two countries and to make a profound analysis of these factors. Thus, the future direction of the relationship between the two countries to make a rational prediction. Because of the importance of Israel and Turkey in the Middle East, the prediction of the current development and future trend of bilateral relations can help us better understand the political situation in the Middle East. At the same time, because of its Islamic character, Turkey plays an important role in resolving the Arab-Israeli conflict, and its weight in the western countries is increasing, which provides a good model for the Islamic countries to live in peace with Israel. Furthermore, the prediction of the current development and future trend of bilateral relations is helpful for China to push forward the Middle East peace process and to better implement the policy of persuading peace and promoting talks in the Middle East.
