【摘要】：2010年,俄政府提出新的俄罗斯远东开发战略,旨在缩小东西部差距,实现俄罗斯的整体发展一致。本文主要通过对俄2010年提出的俄远东开发战略的研究,借助对中俄区域合作的现状的解析,找出中俄区域合作的领域及可发展空间,进而探讨俄远东开发战略对中俄关系发展的影响。本文分为三个部分,第一个部分对俄远东开发战略提出的背景作简单介绍并对开发战略的内容进行分析。第二部分分析了中俄区域合作的内容和现状,结合俄远东开发战略内容,挖掘新的中俄可合作领域。第三部分在分析了影响中俄关系的各种因素之后,提出优化中俄区域合作,加强中俄关系应发挥地缘优势,借助远东开发契机,实现双赢目标。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the Russian government put forward a new strategy for the development of the Russian far East, aimed at narrowing the gap between the east and the west and realizing the overall development of Russia. Based on the research of the Russian far East development strategy put forward by Russia in 2010 and the analysis of the present situation of the Sino-Russian regional cooperation, this paper finds out the field and the developing space of the Sino-Russian regional cooperation. Then it discusses the influence of Russian far-east development strategy on the development of Sino-Russian relations. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the background of the Russian far East development strategy and analyzes the content of the development strategy. The second part analyzes the content and present situation of the regional cooperation between China and Russia, combining with the content of the Russian far East development strategy, excavates new areas of cooperation between China and Russia. In the third part, after analyzing the various factors that affect the Sino-Russian relations, the author puts forward that the regional cooperation between China and Russia should be optimized and the relationship between China and Russia should be strengthened by taking advantage of the geographical advantages and realizing the win-win goal with the help of the opportunity of the development of the far East.
