特朗普冲击下的欧美关系

【摘要】：长期以来欧美因拥有共同价值观一直被视为西方的核心,然而目前跨大西洋两岸之间的价值观鸿沟将使双方在国际上难以有效合作。2001年,美国总统小布什上台后因国际反恐政策差异,跨大西洋联盟就曾严重分裂。此次特朗普与欧洲理念的差异更加广泛,虽然特朗普的实际外交政策及其言行有所调整,但其所主张的"美国优先"的原则不会放弃,而这均与欧洲主流政治所坚持的开放、多边、多元的立场大相径庭。未来在地区和国际事务中,欧美相互的摩擦冲突将增加,合作将势必受限。
[Abstract]:Europe and the United States have long been regarded as the core of the West because they share common values. However, the current value gap between the two sides of the Atlantic will make it difficult for the two sides to cooperate effectively internationally. The transatlantic alliance was badly divided after President George W. Bush took office because of differences in international counter-terrorism policies. The differences between Trump and European ideas are wider this time. Although Trump's actual foreign policy and his words and deeds have been adjusted, the principle of "America first" advocated by Trump will not be abandoned, which is consistent with the openness upheld by mainstream European politics. Multilateral and pluralistic positions differ widely. In the future, frictional conflicts between Europe and the United States will increase in regional and international affairs, and cooperation will inevitably be restricted.
