特朗普任期内美国内外政策调整与中美关系

【摘要】：特朗普在2016年大选中获胜,反映了美国精英阶层与中下阶层之间、"美利坚主义"与"全球主义"之间、美国"全球领导者地位"与实际能力之间矛盾的深刻化与复杂化。以缓和与解决这些矛盾为出发点,特朗普任内美国内外政策将从注重政治转向注重经济,由国际优先转向国内优先,从重视多边转向重视双边,从坚持继续领导世界转向致力于使美国"再次强大"。未来四年,中美在意识形态领域的斗争趋于平和,在经贸领域的矛盾、冲突明显加剧。面对中美关系出现的新变数,中国应在经贸领域避免被动、争取主动,在政治安全方面做到临危不乱、沉着应对。
[Abstract]:Trump's election victory in 2016 reflects the profound and complicated conflict between the American elite and the lower middle class, between "Americanism" and "globalism," and between America's "global leadership" and practical capabilities. In order to ease and resolve these contradictions, Trump's domestic and foreign policies will shift from political to economic, from international to domestic, from multilateral to bilateral. From insisting on continuing to lead the world to working to make America "strong again." In the next four years, the struggle between China and the United States in the ideological field tends to be peaceful, and the conflicts in the economic and trade field are obviously intensified. In the face of the new variables in Sino-US relations, China should avoid passivity in the economic and trade field, strive for initiative, and be calm and calm in political security.
