中国崛起背景下的国家形象塑造问题研究

【摘要】:国家形象是国家最重要的无形资产,其塑造的成功与否直接影响国家对外政策的执行和国家利益的得失。全球化时代,国家形象的战略地位越来越受到世界各国的高度重视。面对崛起这一新的历史背景,我们必须对国家形象的塑造进行全方位的研究,充分发挥其对大国成长的重要作用。本文尝试从主流建构主义理论的视角出发,结合传播学理论的相关论述,对国家形象进行全面剖析,从内涵和构成入手,结合自身和其他典型国家的发展史,找出当前“中国威胁形象”产生的原因,最终开辟出形象塑造的新路径。 国家形象的研究在中国是一个新兴的课题,从国际关系角度剖析国家形象的构建,更是一个崭新的领域。目前国内关于国家形象的研究大多是从传播学的角度出发,而从国际关系相关理论入手进行的研究探索还很少,处于起步阶段。因此,本课题研究具有现实的迫切性和重大理论意义。 根据所选课题内容,结合现有研究条件,笔者以建构主义的国际政治社会学为主要理论依据,辅以现实主义,同时借鉴社会学、文化学、传播学等学科的研究成果,将理论分析与实证分析密切结合,增强了课题的现实针对性和可操作性。除导论和结语外,本文的主体由四部分组成,框架如下:第一部分,从与国家形象相关的理论入手,界定国家形象的内涵,归纳其作用及影响要素,为下文找寻国家形象的塑造手段及途径提供理论分析基础。第二部分,结合中国形象的发展历史,指出中国的崛起要求国家形象的重塑。同时,解构当前盛行的“中国威胁形象”,对新时期的中国形象重新定位。第三部分,选取不同历史时期的英国、美国、德国作为典型案例,通过分析它们在崛起(或重新崛起)过程中国家形象塑造方面的成功事例,并结合当前中国所处的时代背景,为下文的路径探索提供借鉴经验。第四部分,侧重于对策的研究和分析,根据受众对国家形象理解的差异,分别就全球、地区、国家间三个不同层面来解析如何在崛起的背景下塑造中国的国家形象。在不同的层面,我们的利益诉求不同,需要扮演的角色也不同,这就要求在具体的形象塑造方法上要有不同的偏重。有针对性的策略能够减少在实施过程中少走弯路,从而最终获得更好的收益。
[Abstract]:National image is the most important intangible asset of the country. The success or failure of its shaping directly affects the implementation of national foreign policy and the gain and loss of national interests. In the era of globalization, the strategic position of the national image is paid more and more attention by the countries all over the world. In the face of the new historical background, we must study the shaping of national image and give full play to its important role in the growth of great powers. This paper tries to analyze the national image from the perspective of the mainstream constructivism theory and the related exposition of the communication theory, starting with the connotation and composition, and combining the history of the development of itself and other typical countries. Find out the cause of China's threat image, and finally open up a new path of image shaping. The study of national image is a new topic in China. It is a new field to analyze the construction of national image from the angle of international relations. At present, the research on national image is mostly from the angle of communication, but the research and exploration from the relevant theory of international relations is still very few, and it is still in its infancy. Therefore, this research has realistic urgency and great theoretical significance. According to the contents of the selected topics and the existing research conditions, the author takes the constructivist international political sociology as the main theoretical basis, supplemented by realism, and at the same time draws lessons from the research results of sociology, culturology, communication, etc. The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis enhances the practical pertinence and maneuverability of the subject. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main body of this paper is composed of four parts, the framework is as follows: the first part, from the theory related to national image, define the connotation of national image, sum up its role and influence elements. It provides a theoretical basis for the following to find the means and ways to shape the national image. The second part, according to the development history of Chinese image, points out that the rise of China requires the reconstruction of national image. At the same time, deconstructing the prevailing "China threat image", to the new era of Chinese image re-positioning. In the third part, Britain, the United States and Germany in different historical periods are selected as typical cases. By analyzing their success stories in the process of rising up (or re-rising), and combining with the background of the current China, the third part of this thesis is divided into three parts: one is the United Kingdom, the other is the United States and Germany. Provide reference experience for the path exploration below. The fourth part focuses on the research and analysis of countermeasures, according to the different understanding of the national image of the audience, respectively on the global, regional, inter-national three different levels to analyze how to shape the national image of China under the background of rising. At different levels, our interest demands are different, and the roles we need to play are different, which requires different emphasis on specific image shaping methods. Targeted strategies can reduce the number of detours in the process of implementation and ultimately achieve better returns.
