中亚地区和中国新疆毒品犯罪的文化剖析

【摘要】：本文分为引言、正文和结论三大主体结构，正文包括四大部分。引言主要介绍了新疆及中亚地区毒品犯罪的发展形势，以此为整个文章写作提供一个背景，针对新疆的地缘因素、跨界民族等基本问题进行了说明，为文章的写作建立起合理依据的基础。正文第一部分采取文献分析方法，从现有的文献资料出发分析文化及亚文化的概念。正文第二部分主要应用历史分析方法和比较分析方法分析毒品文化。正文第三部分主要应用跨学科分析方法解析中亚及新疆的毒品犯罪。第四部分主要涉及构建主流文化体系，减少毒品亚文化的负面影响。通过文章正文的分析阐述，，文章进而得出了结论，新疆及中亚地区的毒品犯罪的根源就是该地区存在的毒品亚文化，通过采用文化冲突理论对该地区毒品犯罪进行分析后，提出了降低和减少毒品犯罪发生的具体措施，这些措施会在一定程度上减少和降低该地区毒品犯罪的发生，有助于我国新疆及中亚地区各个国家的发展。
[Abstract]:This paper is divided into introduction, text and conclusion of three main structure, the text includes four parts. The introduction mainly introduces the development situation of drug crime in Xinjiang and Central Asia, which provides a background for the whole article writing, and explains the basic problems of Xinjiang's geographical factors, cross-border nationalities and so on. To establish a reasonable basis for the writing of the article. The first part analyzes the concept of culture and sub-culture by literature analysis. The second part of the text mainly uses the historical analysis method and the comparative analysis method to analyze the drug culture. The third part of the text mainly uses the cross-disciplinary analysis method to analyze the drug crime in Central Asia and Xinjiang. The fourth part mainly involves the construction of mainstream culture system to reduce the negative impact of drug subculture. Through the analysis and elaboration of the text of the article, the paper draws a conclusion that the root of drug crime in Xinjiang and Central Asia is the drug subculture existing in this region. After analyzing the drug crime in this region by using the theory of cultural conflict, Concrete measures to reduce and reduce the occurrence of drug crimes are put forward. These measures will reduce and reduce the occurrence of drug crimes in this area to a certain extent and contribute to the development of each country in Xinjiang and Central Asia of our country.
