中美在朝鲜半岛上的战略博弈

【摘要】： 朝鲜半岛由于自身特殊的自然地理位置、错综复杂的地缘政治关系,因而具有特殊的地缘战略价值,成为了大国的争夺之地。冷战结束以来,朝鲜半岛局势一直动荡不安,严重威胁着东北亚,乃至整个亚太地区的安全和稳定。然而,由于中国与朝鲜半岛国家历史上特殊的沟通交流关系,以及冷战后美国在朝鲜半岛事务上所拥有的巨大影响力,中、美两国在朝鲜半岛上的战略博弈,很大程度上决定了未来朝鲜半岛局势的发展趋势。因此,如果能找出中、美在朝鲜半岛上战略博弈的稳定、可预测的互动行为模式,无论是对中国还是对朝鲜半岛局势的发展,乃至对整个东北亚地区的安全和稳定,都有着及其重要的意义。由此,本文试图借助博弈理论的基本原理,在理清中、美各自朝鲜半岛战略的基础上,通过分析两国在朝鲜半岛战略博弈中的利益得失,建立中、美在朝鲜半岛上战略博弈的抽象模型,以借此找出中、美战略博弈的稳定、可预测的互动行为模式,进而得出未来朝鲜半岛局势可能的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:Because of its special geographical location and complicated geopolitical relations, the Korean Peninsula has a special geo strategic value, which has become the contention of a great power. Since the end of the cold war, the situation of the Korean Peninsula has been unsettled, seriously threatening Northeast Asia and the security and stability of the whole Asia Pacific Region.
However, because of the special communication relations between China and the Korean Peninsula, as well as the great influence of the United States on the Korean Peninsula after the cold war, the strategic game between the two countries on the Korean Peninsula, to a great extent, determines the future trend of the situation in the Korean Peninsula. The stability of the strategic game on the peninsula and the predictable interactive mode of behavior are of great significance both to the development of the situation in China and to the Korean Peninsula, and to the security and stability of the whole Northeast Asia.
With the help of the basic principles of the game theory, this paper tries to find out the stability and predictable interaction of the United States strategic game by analyzing the interests and losses of the two countries in the Korean Peninsula strategic game and establishing the abstract model of the strategic game on the Korean Peninsula by analyzing the interests and losses of the two countries in the Korean Peninsula strategic game. Pattern, and then draw the possible development trend of the Korean peninsula situation in the future.
