宗教非政府组织解决宗教冲突机制探析

【摘要】：随着"冷战"的结束,国际宗教文化的对立与冲突成为国际关系的一个重要焦点,但是,目前国际上仍缺乏针对宗教冲突的有效解决方式,而且国际经济政治新格局使国际宗教冲突日趋复杂化,这些因素都制约着国际宗教冲突的解决,阻碍着国际间的合作与共同发展。国际宗教非政府组织作为国际社会的主要成员之一,其自身在长期处理宗教冲突的过程中,逐渐形成了依靠培训、祈祷、直接调解和项目援助发展等方式为一体的完整的干预机制。由于宗教非政府组织具有宗教性、非政府性和国际性等多种特征,因此,与世俗的国际组织相比,它更能以宗教信仰的力量解决宗教冲突问题,有利于在宗教冲突爆发时,搭建公共平台,促进宗教对话、政府间合作、以及开展国际协助等措施解决国际宗教矛盾。在宗教问题日益复杂化的未来,国际宗教非政府组织无疑将会在宗教冲突问题解决过程中发挥更大的积极作用。
[Abstract]:With the end of the Cold War, the confrontation and conflict of international religious culture has become an important focus in international relations. However, there is still a lack of effective solutions to religious conflicts in the international community. Moreover, the new pattern of international economy and politics makes the international religious conflict more and more complicated. These factors restrict the solution of the international religious conflict and hinder the international cooperation and common development. As one of the main members of the international community, international religious non-governmental organizations have gradually developed a reliance on training and prayer in their long process of dealing with religious conflicts. Direct mediation and project aid development as an integral whole of the intervention mechanism. Because religious non-governmental organizations have many characteristics, such as religious, non-governmental and international, they are more capable of resolving religious conflicts with the power of religious belief than secular international organizations, and are conducive to resolving religious conflicts when religious conflicts break out. Building public platforms, promoting religious dialogue, intergovernmental cooperation, and international assistance to solve international religious contradictions. In the future when religious issues become more and more complicated, international religious NGOs will undoubtedly play a more active role in the settlement of religious conflicts.
