[Abstract]:In recent years, in a certain range of academic circles, there is a discussion on "cosmopolitanism". As an academic issue to discuss, different opinions, beyond reproach. But putting the "cosmopolitanism" on the head of our country's independent foreign policy and describing our new international strategy as "cosmopolitan" and "cosmopolitan" seems to have ulterior motives. " Cosmopolitanism is an academic thought of the West in international politics.
