【摘要】：当前世界经济并没有从2008年金融危机的影响中走出来,主要经济体之间需要加强合作才能尽快实现经济的恢复与增长,二十国集团为各国领导人提供了一个良好的交流平台。二十国集团近年来在全球经济治理方面取得了很大的成效,这与二十国集团机制的逐步完善是分不开的。本文的研究目的就是为了通过对二十国集团机制化进程的梳理,总结出二十国集团的未来发展需要解决的问题,最后提出解决这些问题的一些思路。论文分为五大部分。第一部分是导论,介绍了本文的研究意义、国内外研究现状以及一些术语的定义。第二部分从二十国集团的发展历史中总结出目前二十国集团存在的问题。论文的第三部分分析了二十国集团存在问题的根源,包括国际格局的限制、国际机制的制约、各国利益不同以及二十国集团存在的机制问题。第四部分提出通过完善二十国集团的机制措施,包括增设秘书处,增加成员国,确立执行和监督机制,加强与其他国际组织的关系。最后是本文的总结部分。中国的经济发展与全球经济的关系越来越密切,在全球的利益也越来越多,因此需要更加注重与其他国家之间的合作与协调。二十国集团为中国提供了一个良好的平台,使中国有机会在全球经济治理中发挥更大的作用。
[Abstract]:The current world economy has not emerged from the impact of the 2008 financial crisis, and the major economies need to strengthen cooperation to achieve economic recovery and growth as soon as possible. The G20 provides a good platform for leaders to communicate. The G20 has made great achievements in global economic governance in recent years, which is inseparable from the gradual improvement of the G-20 mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the problems that need to be solved in the future development of the G20 by combing the process of institutionalization of the G20, and finally to put forward some ideas to solve these problems. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad and the definitions of some terms. The second part summarizes the existing problems of G20 from its history. The third part of the paper analyzes the root causes of the existing problems of the G20, including the limitations of the international structure, the constraints of the international mechanism, the different interests of different countries and the institutional problems of the G-20. The fourth part proposes to strengthen the relationship with other international organizations by perfecting the mechanism of G20, including the addition of secretariat, the increase of member countries, the establishment of implementation and supervision mechanism. The last part is the summary of this paper. China's economic development is more and more closely related to the global economy, and its interests in the world are increasing, so it is necessary to pay more attention to cooperation and coordination with other countries. The G20 provides a good platform for China to play a bigger role in global economic governance.
