【摘要】：中国与周边国家的合作是中国对外关系中的重中之重,关系到能否为中国进一步崛起创造一个和平、稳定、和谐的周边安全环境。几十年来,中国提出了很多关于周边合作的理念,为中国的周边合作实践和亚洲的和平稳定与繁荣发挥了重要的指导作用。这些中国应该坚定奉行的理念,既有比较成熟的、已经显示其强大生命力的,也有正在形成、处于完善过程当中的。作为怀有伟大抱负的中国来说,这些理念都是应该具有的基本品质和属性。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between China and the neighboring countries is the most important part of China's foreign relations, which is related to whether it can create a peaceful, stable and harmonious peripheral security environment for the further rise of China. Over the past decades, China has put forward many ideas on cooperation with its neighbors, which has played an important guiding role in China's practice of cooperation with its neighbors and in peace, stability and prosperity in Asia. These ideas that China should firmly pursue include those that are relatively mature, have shown their strong vitality, and are forming and in the process of being perfected. As a China with great ambitions, these ideas are essential qualities and attributes.
