关于完善援非农业专家派遣工作的思考

【摘要】：本文对中国2008年以来的援非农业专家派遣工作进行了简要回顾,分析了开展援非农业专家派遣工作的必要性、取得的积极效果以及存在的薄弱环节,提出了完善援非农业专家派遣工作的有关建议,希望能够为完善援外专家派遣工作保障体系建设、整体规划设计及管理机制建设提供一些有益参考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly reviews the dispatch of non-agricultural experts in China since 2008, and analyzes the necessity, the positive effects and the weak links of the dispatch of non-agricultural experts. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the dispatch of non-agricultural experts, and hopes to provide some useful references for improving the construction of the guarantee system, the overall planning and design and the construction of management mechanism for the dispatch of experts to assist foreign countries.
