论美印安全合作的机制化建设

【摘要】：近年来,关印关系逐渐升温,尤其在安全领域,双方合作的广度及深度令人印象深刻。两国在联合军演、防务产品销售、国土安全等方面的合作成果较为明显,借助安全合作协议的签署、联合机构的建立,双方安全合作机制化渐趋形成。未来两国安全合作是否会继续深化,机制建设中存在哪些促进及制约因素,对这些问题的探讨无疑有助于深化对美印双边关系的认识,从而把握未来两国关系的发展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, relations between China and India have been warming up, especially in the field of security, the breadth and depth of bilateral cooperation is impressive. The cooperation between the two countries in joint military exercises, defense products sales, homeland security, and other areas is relatively obvious. With the signing of the security cooperation agreement, the establishment of joint institutions, the institutionalization of security cooperation between the two countries has gradually taken shape. Whether or not the security cooperation between the two countries will continue to deepen in the future, and what are the promotion and restriction factors in the construction of the mechanism, the discussion of these problems will undoubtedly help deepen the understanding of the bilateral relations between the United States and India, so as to grasp the direction of the future development of the relations between the two countries.
