乌克兰危机对欧洲秩序的影响

【摘要】：正乌克兰危机的不断加剧不仅进一步激化了俄乌之间的既有矛盾,牵动着国际社会尤其是整个欧洲大陆的紧张神经,美欧与俄罗斯的博弈较量也从幕后走到了台前。尽管2014年10月16日至17日在意大利米兰举行的第十届亚欧首脑会议期间,欧洲大国领导人积极磋商,寻求危机解决方案,俄乌两国也就天然气供应问题达成初步协议,但在当前形势下依然很难明确判断危机发展的前景。对此,有人认为,这是欧洲大陆继冷战后出现的最严重的危机,可能导致新"冷战"的爆发;也有人断言,此次危机将使东西方世界面临新的战略定位和格局调整。就乌克兰危机本身的复杂性来看,其发
[Abstract]:The growing crisis in Ukraine not only further sharpens the existing contradictions between Russia and Ukraine, but also affects the nervous nerves of the international community, especially the whole European continent, and the game contest between the United States and Europe and Russia has also come to the front of the stage from behind the scenes. Although during the 10th Asia-Europe Summit held in Milan, Italy, from 16 to 17 October 2014, the leaders of the major European countries actively held consultations to seek a solution to the crisis, Russia and Ukraine also reached a preliminary agreement on the issue of natural gas supply. But in the current situation, it is still difficult to clearly judge the development of the crisis prospects.
