中国边海防面临的安全形势与对策思考

【摘要】：进入新世纪以来,中国遭受直接军事入侵的威胁在下降,但随着大国的战略介入、邻国对边海争议地区主权的声索,不安全因素在不断增加,恐怖主义、毒品走私等非传统安全问题也很突出。与之相适应,中国边海防的战略目标、政策和措施等都应作相应调整。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, the threat of direct military invasion of China has been declining, but with the strategic intervention of major powers, the claim of neighboring countries to sovereignty over disputed areas along the border and sea, insecurity factors are constantly increasing, terrorism, Drug smuggling and other non-traditional security issues are also prominent. Accordingly, the strategic objectives, policies and measures of China's border and coastal defense should be adjusted accordingly.
