实用主义哲学对美国外交的影响

【摘要】：作为一种在美国占主流地位的哲学流派,实用主义哲学强化了美国大众的务实传统和领导精英对务实作风的推崇,并以此作为影响美国外交的基本前提。在此基础上,实用主义给美国外交政策思想和外交战略、政策的制定与实施带来了深刻的影响。在外交政策思想方面,它使现实主义居于主导地位;在外交战略、政策的制定与实施方面,它使美国的外交战略与政策的制定以功利为目的、缺乏创新,而在外交战略与政策实施过程中急功近利、言行不一。
[Abstract]:As a dominant philosophical school in the United States, pragmatism philosophy strengthens the pragmatic tradition of the American public and the esteem of pragmatic style by the leading elite, and takes it as the basic prerequisite to influence American diplomacy. On this basis, pragmatism has brought profound influence to American foreign policy thought, foreign strategy, policy formulation and implementation. In the aspect of foreign policy thought, it makes realism take the leading position, and in the aspect of foreign strategy, policy formulation and implementation, it makes America's foreign strategy and policy making with utilitarian purpose, lack of innovation. But in the foreign strategy and the policy implementation process quick success, the quick profit, the word does not accord with the action.
