从敌人到全面伙伴:越南发展对美关系的战略考量

【摘要】：越南与美国从昔日敌人到当前的"全面伙伴关系",是越南"全方位、多样化"外交政策的成功。越南发展对美关系不仅只是摆脱政治孤立的权宜之计,更是建立"强大经济",借助第三方确保国家安全利益的长远谋略。但越美之间存在的意识形态、政治制度、价值观念方面的分歧是不可调和的。未来越美之间的关系将依赖于越美如何平衡人权、贸易和地缘政治之间的关系。尽管越美关系背后有明显针对中国的考虑,但这只是大国政治在地区博弈的一个侧面。
[Abstract]:Vietnam and the United States from the former enemies to the current "comprehensive partnership", Vietnam's "all-directional, diversified" foreign policy success. Vietnam's development of relations with the United States is not only an expedient measure to shake off political isolation, but also a long-term strategy for building a "strong economy" and ensuring the national security interests of third parties. But the differences in ideology, political system and values between Vietnam and America are irreconcilable. Future relations between the US and the US will depend on how the US balances human rights, trade and geopolitics. Although there are obvious considerations for China behind the Vietnam-US relationship, this is only one aspect of the regional game of great power politics.
