越南民族主义对中越南海争端的影响

【摘要】：中国对南海诸岛拥有主权是不争的历史事实,但越南对我西沙、南沙群岛的"主权"要求引发了中越南海争端。在考察中越南海争端时,越南长期存在的民族主义思潮是一个不容忽视的影响因素。越南与中国的历史渊源关系极为深厚,越南民族主义在历史上深受中国儒家思想的影响,同时也形成了一些自身特点。尽管有民族主义的负面影响,但越侨浓烈的反共意识、中越两国国力上的悬殊差距,以及两国在意识形态上的纽带关系,使得越南政府仍能着眼于中越关系的大局,对国内民族主义势力并非一味迁就。因而,中越通过和平方式解决南海争端还是大有希望的。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable historical fact that China has sovereignty over the South China Sea islands, but Vietnam's claim to China's Xisha and Nansha Islands has led to a dispute between China and Vietnam over the South China Sea. In the study of the dispute between Vietnam and South China Sea, Vietnam's long-standing nationalism is a factor that can not be ignored. The historical relationship between Vietnam and China is very deep. Vietnamese nationalism has been deeply influenced by Chinese Confucianism in history, and has also formed some characteristics of its own. Despite the negative impact of nationalism, the strong anti-Communist consciousness of Vietnamese overseas Chinese, the disparity in national strength between China and Vietnam, and the ideological ties between the two countries have enabled the Vietnamese government to focus on the overall situation of Sino-Vietnamese relations. Domestic nationalist forces are not always accommodating. Therefore, the peaceful settlement of the South China Sea dispute between China and Vietnam is promising.
