伊拉克战争对构建和谐世界的启示

【摘要】：本文尝试结合2003年的伊拉克战争,阐释和谐世界理念提出的背景以及和谐世界的内涵,并且论证了伊拉克战争与和谐世界构建的内在关联性。和谐世界主旨是创造“普遍发展、共同繁荣与持久和平的”世界,内容分为五个方面。第一,和平、公平、有效和民主的多边主义。第二,通过开放、公平、非歧视的多边贸易体制促进共同发展。第三,文明、文化、制度的相互尊重、相互包容、相互理解。第四,通过改革加强联合国。第五,“积极促进和保障人权”,“使人人享有平等追求全面发展的机会和权利” 本文分四章多角度地分析伊拉克战争的原因和影响,在此基础上,提出伊拉克战争与和谐世界理念彼此关联,值得探讨。第一章,对伊拉克战争的和谐世界理论的提出进行了简单论述。第二章,从不同国家(包括美国、伊拉克和其他一些重要的国家)的角度分别论证和谐世界的历史必要性以及伊拉克战争与构建和谐世界理念的关联。第三章,论证了构建和谐社会的现实可能性。通过对战争的分析,本研究认为和谐世界是符合历史发展潮流的,虽然构建和谐世界的过程充满了艰辛,但是和谐世界必定能得到世界上大多数国家的认可。第四章,笔者根据对伊拉克战争和和谐世界构建的已有分析,结合自己的思考,探讨伊拉克战争带给和谐世界构建的一些启示,构建和谐世界会遇到怎样的机遇和挑战,并提出构建和谐世界的途径,包括反对霸权主义,树立新的互利合作观,确立新的国家安全观以及促进解决矛盾的机制体制的建立和形成等方面。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explain the background of the concept of a harmonious world and the connotation of the harmonious world in the light of the Iraq War in 2003, and demonstrates the inherent relevance between the Iraq War and the Construction of a harmonious World. The aim of a harmonious world is to create a world of universal development, common prosperity and lasting peace. First, peaceful, equitable, effective and democratic multilateralism. Second, promote common development through an open, equitable and non-discriminatory multilateral trading system. Third, the mutual respect, mutual tolerance and mutual understanding of civilization, culture and system. Fourth, strengthen the United Nations through reform. Fifth, "actively promote and safeguard human rights" and "give all people equal opportunities and rights to pursue comprehensive development" This paper analyzes the causes and effects of the Iraq War in four chapters and points out that the concept of the Iraq War and the harmonious World are interrelated and worthy of discussion. The first chapter briefly discusses the theory of harmonious world in the Iraq War. The second chapter demonstrates the historical necessity of a harmonious world and the connection between the Iraq War and the idea of building a harmonious world from the perspectives of different countries (including the United States, Iraq and some other important countries). The third chapter demonstrates the realistic possibility of building a harmonious society. Through the analysis of the war, this study thinks that the harmonious world is in line with the trend of historical development, although the process of building a harmonious world is full of difficulties, but the harmonious world will be recognized by most countries in the world. In the fourth chapter, according to the existing analysis of the Iraq War and the construction of a harmonious world, combined with my own thinking, the author probes into some revelations brought by the Iraq War to the construction of a harmonious world, and what opportunities and challenges the construction of a harmonious world will encounter. The ways to build a harmonious world include opposing hegemonism, establishing a new view of mutually beneficial cooperation, establishing a new concept of national security, and promoting the establishment and formation of a mechanism system for resolving contradictions.
