【摘要】：中国和巴基斯坦自1951年建交以来,这60年过程中,中国和巴基斯坦形成了全天候、全方位的合作伙伴关系。中巴关系在历史和现实过程中通过了时间和国际风云变幻的考验,中巴是好朋友、好邻居、好伙伴。凭上世纪两国关系的稳定发展，可以看出21世纪的中国-巴基斯坦关系同样继续向前发展并得到更大的发展机会。中巴两国建交后的半个多世纪在政治、经济、军事、文化等很多领域合作的取得了重大的进步，两国各领的合作密切、关系不断发展对双方有重要意义。中巴关系的继续向前发展符合两国的国家利益和地区安全方面的共同需求。本文分为以下四个部分:一、中巴关系的历史与对双方的重要性。本部分通过对中巴关系的历史分析,介绍了中巴建交后各个阶段的两国领导和民众的友好往来，分三个阶段来分析双方友好关系的建立和稳固。二、新世纪中巴关系的新特点。这部分主要论述了中巴两国从2000年以来在政治和经济领域形成的特点。建交以来中巴双方合作的重点在于政治领域，在新世纪双方领导的和人民群众的共同努力下政治合作不断加强并得到新的成果。中巴关系中经济因素地位日益凸显，双方经济发展具有强大的潜力，，贸易规模稳定增加。三、新世纪中巴关系面临的挑战。21世纪在世界格局发生了重大变化，中巴关系在这复杂多变的格局下面临一些结构性的问题，这些问题表现在经济关系基础薄弱、地区安全领域存在有些问题、巴基斯坦国内政局动荡和双边关系的变动等问题影响中巴关系的发展。四、新世纪中巴关系发展中的积极因素和中国的策略选择。新世纪中巴关系的发展不仅遇到一些挑战，但还具有很多有利于推动双方合作伙伴关系的积极因素，这些因素表现在中巴经贸合作、军事合作、能源合作和科技、文化等领域。对中巴关系发展过程中存在的诸多问题和挑战，最后提出了一些建议:加强政治磋商、密切安全合作；利用巴基斯坦地缘政治优势；不断提升中巴经贸关系；建立有好的三角互动关系等。
[Abstract]:In the 60 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan in 1951, China and Pakistan have formed an all-weather, all-round partnership. China-Pakistan relations have passed the test of time and international vicissitudes in the course of history and reality. China and Pakistan are good friends, good neighbors and good partners. With the steady development of the relations between the two countries in the last century, we can see that the relations between China and Pakistan in the 21st century also continue to develop forward and have greater opportunities for development. In the more than half century since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, great progress has been made in political, economic, military, cultural and other fields of cooperation. The further development of China-Pakistan relations conforms to the national interests of the two countries and the common needs of regional security. This paper is divided into the following four parts: first, the history of China-Pakistan relations and their importance to both sides. Through the historical analysis of the relations between China and Pakistan, this part introduces the friendly exchanges between the leaders and the people of the two countries in each stage after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, and analyzes the establishment and stability of the friendly relations between the two sides in three stages. Second, the new characteristics of China-Pakistan relations in the new century. This part mainly discusses the political and economic characteristics of China and Pakistan since 2000. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the cooperation between China and Pakistan has focused on the political field. With the joint efforts of the two sides and the masses of the people in the new century, the political cooperation has been continuously strengthened and new achievements have been obtained. The status of economic factors in Sino-Pakistani relations is increasingly prominent, the two sides have strong potential for economic development, and the scale of trade has steadily increased. Challenges facing China-Pakistan Relations in the New Century. Major changes have taken place in the world pattern in the 21st century. Under this complex and changeable pattern, China-Pakistan relations face some structural problems, which are manifested in the weak foundation of economic relations. There are some problems in the field of regional security. The internal political instability and the change of bilateral relations affect the development of Sino-Pakistani relations. Fourth, the positive factors in the development of Sino-Pakistani relations in the new century and China's strategic choice. In the new century, the development of China-Pakistan relations not only meets some challenges, but also has many positive factors conducive to promoting the cooperative partnership between the two sides. These factors are manifested in the fields of China-Pakistan economic and trade cooperation, military cooperation, energy cooperation, science and technology, culture, and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen political consultation, close security cooperation, make use of Pakistan's geopolitical advantages, improve Sino-Pakistani economic and trade relations, and put forward some suggestions on the problems and challenges existing in the development of Sino-Pakistani relations. Establish a good triangular interaction and so on.
