一种新东亚秩序的想象:欧盟式的命运共同体

【摘要】：后冷战时期的东亚,充满了擦枪走火的战争危险,不仅是表层的领土之争、国家利益之争,更重要的是东亚各国民族主义、国家主义情绪高涨,新东亚秩序的重建,最重要的是转变思维,从帝国秩序转型为共同体秩序,从等级性的支配性秩序转向扁平化的平等秩序,从一个中心的主宰性秩序转向多中心的互动秩序。去帝国化、去中心化和去等级化,乃是未来东亚共同体秩序的关键所在。欧盟的横空出世,为东亚提供了永久和平的典范。一个欧盟式的东亚共同体,不仅是可欲的,而且具有历史与文化的可能性。当东亚逐渐从各种中心论的帝国秩序剥离出来,意识到自己东亚同一个命运共同体的时候,那么,东亚将会向似乎是可望不可即的乌托邦梦想一步步接近。
[Abstract]:In the post-Cold War period, East Asia is full of the danger of war, which is not only the superficial territorial struggle, the national interest struggle, but also the nationalism, the rising nationalism and the reconstruction of the new East Asian order in East Asia, more importantly, the nationalism of the East Asian countries, the rising nationalism, and the re-establishment of the new East Asian order. The most important thing is to change the thinking from the imperial order to the community order, from the hierarchical order to the flat order of equality, from the dominant order of one center to the order of multi-center interaction. The key to the future East Asian Community order is to deempire, centralize and degrade. The emergence of the European Union provides a model for lasting peace in East Asia. A European-style East Asian Community is not only desirable, but also historical and cultural possibility. As East Asia emerges from the central imperial order and realizes that it shares a common destiny in East Asia, East Asia will approach the utopian dream that seems to be impossible.
