中国软实力建设研究述评

【摘要】：冷战后,哈佛大学著名国际政治学教授约瑟夫·奈提出了"软实力"这一全新的概念。国内学者围绕软实力的概念、内涵、特征以及软实力与硬实力的关系等一系列问题展开讨论并取得了丰硕的研究成果,在一定程度上使软实力理论中国化。在理论研究的同时,国内外学界对中国软实力建设的现状、存在的问题以及对策等主题同样给予了高度的重视。从软实力理论研究的中国化以及中国的软实力建设研究两个层面对学者们的研究成果作一番归纳和总结,并在此基础上指出以往研究中存在的不足之处。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, Joseph Nye, a famous professor of international politics at Harvard University, put forward the new concept of soft power. Domestic scholars have discussed the concept, connotation, characteristics and the relationship between soft power and hard power, and have achieved fruitful research results, to a certain extent, make the theory of soft power in China. At the same time, scholars at home and abroad attach great importance to the status quo, existing problems and countermeasures of China's soft power construction. This paper sums up and summarizes the research results of the scholars from the aspects of the Sinicization of the theory of soft power and the study of the construction of soft power in China, and on this basis points out the shortcomings of the previous studies.
