新时期中日关系的走向及中国对日外交战略研究

【摘要】： 当前,中国的发展处在一个新时期,世界局势也处在一个新时期。虽然和平与发展是时代的主题,国家间的合作在国际社会显得愈加重要,但是国际局势仍很复杂,中日两国都面临一系列重大挑战,在这样的背景下,中日两国尤其应加强沟通和合作。中日两国开展互利互惠合作是时代的要求,是国际政治经济格局调整的需求,也是两国发展的现实需要。能否正确处理和推动中日关系向有利于中国进一步发展、向有利于实现中华民族伟大复兴方向发展,是中国和平发展道路上必须面对、也必须解决的难题。我们必须有伟大的胸怀容纳,日方也应正确审视历史,在两国的共同努力下,构建符合时代潮流和两国切身利益的能够持久发展的中日关系。随着冷战结束,潜藏在中日关系中的历史认识问题开始凸现,特别是自2001年4月,小泉纯一郎出任日本首相以来连续六次参拜靖国神社,成了阻碍中日两国关系正常发展的重要障碍。因而对中日关系的研究也引起了学术界的高度重视,围绕对日外交新思维展开了一场学术大讨论。对中日关系的发展现状、成因及解决途径等方面进行了有益的探索,涌现了一定的研究成果。在研究前人理论的基础上,本文从中日关系的内涵入手,阐明中日关系所包含的基本内容,总结中日关系的主要症结和矛盾,分析中日关系的发展方向,在此基础上提出新时期中国对日外交战略选择。为了真正有效找到解决问题的办法,在具体方法上,将采用文献研究和理论研究相结合、历史研究和比较研究相结合的方法。回顾中日关系的发展,是一个“和平-交恶-和平”一波三折的漫长发展的历程,正反两方面的历史反复的证明,中日两大邻邦“合则两利,斗则俱伤”。在新时期,中日之间存在许多症结与矛盾,造成这些症结与矛盾的原因是多方面。在新时期,中日关系面临新的发展,对话与交流、互惠与合作、调整与振荡是新时期中日关系发展的基本走向。面对这样一个背景,我们必须以战略的眼光处理中日关系。本文一共分为引言等七部分。引言,说明本文的选题依据、选题意义、研究方法等内容。第一章曲折中前进：新时期的中日关系。主要阐述新时期中日关系的内涵与层次、新时期中日关系的发展、对中日关系发展的评析等内容。第二章症结与矛盾：新时期中日关系面临的四大问题。分析中日关系中的历史认识问题、台湾问题、领土与能源问题、经济往来与对华援助问题。第三章困境与干扰：影响新时期中日关系发展的诸多因素。包括日本对华外交政策的调整成为左右中日关系发展的主导因素、中日两国民族主义思潮持续升温成为损害中日发展的文化因素、美日战略同盟是制约中日关系发展的两面性因素、国际政治经济格局的变化是影响中日关系发展的客观因素。第四章新格局的形成：新时期中日关系的走向。阐明对话与交流是中日关系的基本方式、合作与互惠是中日关系的基本趋势、振荡与调整是中日关系的基本形态。第五章面对现实着眼未来：新时期中国对日外交战略选择。主要说明新时期中国对日外交战略的基本原则,包括：必须坚持对日新思维,保证对日外交战略的原则性与灵活性；必须坚持以“互惠”促进“合作”,保证对日外交战略的实效性；必须坚持“全方位外交”,保证对日外交战略的主动性；必须坚持辩证看待日本,保持对日外交战略的两重性。新时期中国对日外交战略的路径选择,包括：加强政治互信,促进相互理解；加强安全合作,消除安全困境；强化经济往来,增强政治合作；发挥媒体作用,提升相互形象；加强民间外交,增进两国交流。结论,对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:The development of Sino - Japanese relations is an important obstacle to the development of Sino - Japanese relations .

This paper is divided into seven parts : introduction and so on .

The introduction is to explain the choice of the subject , the significance of choosing the subject , the research method and so on .

The first chapter explores the relationship between the relationship between China and Japan during the new period , the development of Sino - Japanese relations in the new period , and the assessment of the development of Sino - Japanese relations .

The second chapter is the four major problems faced by Sino - Japanese relations in the new period . The problems of historical cognition in Sino - Japanese relations , the question of Taiwan , the question of territory and energy , the economic intercourse and the assistance of China are analyzed .

Chapter three predicament and interference : the factors that influence the development of Sino - Japanese relations in the new period , including Japan ' s adjustment of China ' s foreign policy become the dominant factor of the development of Sino - Japanese relations .

The formation of the new pattern : the trend of Sino - Japanese relations during the new period . It is stated that dialogue and communication are the basic ways of Sino - Japanese relations , and cooperation and mutual benefit are the basic trend of Sino - Japanese relations , and the oscillation and adjustment are the basic form of Sino - Japanese relations .

Chapter five faces the future : China ' s strategic choice of Japan ' s diplomatic strategy in the new period . It mainly explains the basic principles of China ' s diplomatic strategy of Japan in the new period , including : we must adhere to the new thinking of Japan and ensure the principle and flexibility of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
We must adhere to the " reciprocity " to promote " cooperation " and ensure the effectiveness of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
" All - round diplomacy " must be adhered to to ensure the initiative of the diplomatic strategy of Japan ;
We must insist on the dialectical view of Japan and maintain the duality of Japan ' s diplomatic strategy . China ' s path to Japan ' s diplomatic strategy is chosen in the new period , including : strengthening political mutual trust and promoting mutual understanding ;
