联合国2015年后发展议程:进展与展望

【摘要】：2000年制定实施的千年发展目标即将到期,联合国启动了2015年后发展议程。迄今为止,2015年后发展议程国际进程的基本格局呈现多轨并进、广泛参与的特点,成员国政府间谈判、联合国系统的努力以及其他国际谈判和磋商机制均对2015年后发展议程的制定和实施具有重要的贡献。相比千年发展目标的制定过程,当前国际进程呈现一些新特点,为了平衡各方利益,也面临许多严峻的挑战。后续2015年后发展议程实施依然面临许多难题,需要构建更加公平有效的全球可持续发展治理机制,并加强可持续发展科学研究与国际合作。
[Abstract]:The Millennium Development Goals , which were formulated in 2000 , are about to expire and the United Nations has launched the post - 2015 development agenda . To date , the basic pattern of the post - 2015 development agenda international process presents an important contribution to the formulation and implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda . The implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda faces many challenges , and the implementation of the post - 2015 development agenda faces many challenges and needs to build more equitable and effective global sustainable development governance mechanisms and to strengthen scientific research and international cooperation on sustainable development .
