日韩“冷战”的原因与影响

【摘要】：近年来,日韩关系一直处于相互对峙的僵持状态,双边关系跌至建交以来的历史低点,以至于日本首相安倍晋三和韩国总统朴槿惠上台后的首次双边首脑会谈花费近三年的外交努力后才得以实现。日韩围绕历史和领土问题的外交对峙,不仅严重阻碍日韩双边关系的发展,也对东北亚地区的国际关系产生了微妙影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, relations between Japan and South Korea have been in a state of stand-off, with bilateral relations falling to a historic low since the establishment of diplomatic relations. The first bilateral summit between Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and South Korean President Park Geun-hye took nearly three years of diplomatic efforts. The diplomatic confrontation between Japan and South Korea over historical and territorial issues not only seriously hinders the development of bilateral relations between Japan and South Korea, but also has a subtle impact on the international relations in Northeast Asia.
