理性认识当今国际体系的变化

【摘要】：正周恩来政府管理学院吴志成教授发表的《国际体系仍然处于多极化进程中》(《现代国际关系》2014年第7期)一文认为,在全球化深入发展、相互依赖日益增强、大国关系更加复杂的当今时代,观察和分析国际体系的变化、特征与形态,必须保持理性冷静和战略定力,立足于较长时段国际形势的全局、整体、主流和大势,综合考察国际力量对比、国际制度安排、大国关系变化和主要国家战略意愿等诸多因素进行审慎研判。
[Abstract]:"the international system is still in the process of multipolarization" (Modern International Relations, No. 7, 2014), published by Professor Wu Zhicheng of the Zhou Enlai School of Government Management, argues that with the deepening of globalization and increasing interdependence, In an era of more complicated relations between major powers, it is necessary to observe and analyze the changes, characteristics and forms of the international system, to maintain rational calm and strategic determination, and to base itself on the overall situation, the whole, the mainstream, and the general trend of the international situation for a longer period of time. A comprehensive examination of the international power balance, international institutional arrangements, changes in the relations between major powers and the strategic will of major countries.
