湄公河多边合作机制下越南与韩国、印度的合作

【摘要】：近年来,越南重视湄公河合作机制建设,以积极的外交姿态,在继续保持与美国、日本下湄合作的同时,不断加大与韩国、印度的下湄合作力度,成为韩湄合作、印湄合作的重要参与者。在诸多湄公河合作机制中,越南与韩国、印度的下湄合作与其参与的其他湄公河合作机制的侧重点有所不同,既是韩国新外交政策、印度东进政策的战略需要,也是越南自身发展社会经济、加强与域外国家关系的需要。韩湄、印湄合作的发展,为湄公河合作的国际关系增添了新因素,使区域合作与竞争形势复杂,对中国与湄公河流域5国正在开展的"澜湄合作"机制的推进,也会产生一定影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Vietnam has attached great importance to the construction of the Mekong River cooperation mechanism and, while maintaining cooperation with the United States and Japan while continuing to cooperate with the United States and Japan, has continuously increased its cooperation with South Korea and India to become Hanmae cooperation. Among the many Mekong cooperation mechanisms, Vietnam and South Korea, India's Ha Mae cooperation and other Mekong cooperation mechanisms in which they participate have different emphases. This is the strategic need of South Korea's new foreign policy and India's eastward advancement policy. It is also the need for Vietnam to develop its own economy and strengthen relations with foreign countries. Han Mei, the development of India-Mekong cooperation, has added new factors to the international relations of the Mekong River Cooperation, complicated the situation of regional cooperation and competition, and promoted the "Lan Mei" cooperation mechanism being developed between China and the five countries in the Mekong River Basin. Will also have a certain impact.
