[Abstract]:Building a new type of international relationship with win-win cooperation at the core is one of the important diplomatic concepts put forward by President Xi Jinping. In the new international relations, the new relationship between major powers occupies a priority position in China's diplomacy. In the current global political and economic relations, there is no doubt that the most important relations among the great powers exist between China, the United States and Russia, which bear the responsibility of safeguarding the country.
