美巴主流英文报纸对两国反恐合作解读的对比分析

【摘要】："九一一"恐怖袭击事件爆发后,反恐联盟国之间的媒体互动开始折射出日益浓厚的政治意蕴。本文以2013年6月15日至2015年6月15日为研究周期,对美国《华盛顿邮报》和巴基斯坦《新闻报》的报道进行比较后发现,两报的新闻框架之间的"冲突"远大于"共识"。而两国政治和安全考量的分歧、长期沿用的新闻构建"惯例化"传统和日益复杂的反恐形势等,是形成这些框架"冲突"的主因。这种迥异的解读方式映射并影响着两国反恐合作进程。
[Abstract]:After the September 11 terrorist attacks, the media interaction between the anti-terrorist coalition states began to reflect the increasingly strong political implications. This paper takes June 15, 2013 to June 15, 2015 as the research cycle, and compares the reports of the Washington Post of the United States and the News of Pakistan. It is found that the "conflict" between the news framework of the two newspapers is far greater than the "consensus". The political and security differences between the two countries, the traditional "conventional" news construction and the increasingly complex anti-terrorism situation are the main reasons for these frameworks "conflicts". This very different way of interpretation reflects and affects the process of anti-terrorism cooperation between the two countries.
