美国特朗普政府的阿富汗新战略及中国的政策选择

【摘要】：正2017年8月,特朗普宣布了美国对阿富汗新战略。新战略不是美国阿富汗战略的根本性替换,它的基本目标和途径与奥巴马政府的新阿巴战略没有实质改变,其不同主要在策略和操作层面。不过,在阿富汗国家政治建设上,特朗普新战略提出了一些新理念。特朗普的阿富汗新战略对中国有利有弊。中美在阿富汗缺乏战略性长期合作的基础,但两国可以进行以具体问题和目标为导向的合作。
[Abstract]:In August 2017, Trump announced a new US strategy for Afghanistan. The new strategy is not a fundamental replacement of the American strategy in Afghanistan, and its basic objectives and approaches are not substantially changed from those of the Obama administration's new Aba strategy, which are mainly at the strategic and operational levels. But in Afghanistan's political construction, Mr Trump's new strategy offers some new ideas. Trump's new strategy for Afghanistan has advantages and disadvantages for China. China and the United States lack the basis for strategic, long-term cooperation in Afghanistan, but the two countries can work on specific issues and goals.
