“冷战”与困境:乌兹别克斯坦与塔吉克斯坦关系走向

【摘要】：2011年以来,塔吉克斯坦共和国与乌兹别克斯坦共和国两国关系不断恶化。从当前两国缺乏政治互信,存在利益认知差异等现实来看,双方采取的选择性"对方国"政策扩大了两国的利益冲突,掣肘着两国关系的和谐发展。要在短期内解决两国之间的结构性矛盾和战略互疑依然非常艰难。
[Abstract]:Relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan have deteriorated since 2011. In view of the fact that the two countries lack political mutual trust and have different cognition of interests, the selective "other country" policy adopted by both sides has enlarged the conflict of interest between the two countries and restricted the harmonious development of the relations between the two countries. Resolving the structural and strategic tensions between the two countries in the short term remains difficult.
