俄罗斯与土耳其关系的内在逻辑与发展趋势

【摘要】：俄罗斯与土耳其双边关系历史悠久,可追溯至16世纪伊始的旷日持久的俄土战争。第一次世界大战至苏联解体,俄土关系经历了对峙、亲密、摩擦、回缓与务实合作等不同发展阶段。随着冷战的结束,尤其是进入21世纪以来,俄罗斯和土耳其两国关系发生历史性逆转,走上战略合作之路。这一时期,俄、土之间由合作到对抗、再由冲突到合作的迅捷转变,不仅说明双方共同利益基础牢固以及彼此需求的迫切性和现实性,也显示俄土关系的战略性和坚韧性。与此同时,外部战略环境的变化对双方关系的上述"回摆"态势起了非常重要的作用。在相当长一段时间内,土耳其与西方的战略盟友关系以及同俄罗斯的战略伙伴关系将和平共存。
[Abstract]:Russia and Turkey have a long history of bilateral relations, dating back to the beginning of the 16 th century long-running war between Russia and Turkey. From the first World War to the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the Russian-Turkish relations went through different stages of development, such as confrontation, intimacy, friction, recuperation and pragmatic cooperation. With the end of the Cold War, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, the relations between Russia and Turkey have undergone a historic reversal and embarked on the road of strategic cooperation. In this period, the rapid change from cooperation to confrontation and then from conflict to cooperation between Russia and Turkey not only shows that the common interests of both sides have a solid foundation, as well as the urgency and reality of each other's needs, but also shows the strategic and tenacity of Russian-Turkish relations. At the same time, the change of external strategic environment plays a very important role in the above-mentioned situation. Turkey's strategic alliance with the West and its strategic partnership with Russia will coexist peacefully for a long time.
