非洲萨赫勒地带恐怖主义扩散问题探析

【摘要】：近年来,非洲萨赫勒地带的恐怖主义扩散加剧,中东地区恐怖主义"动荡弧"向该地带延伸,使之成为新的恐怖主义动荡地带。萨赫勒地带恐怖主义跨国扩散、手段花样翻新、与其他恐怖主义相互勾结及其严重危害性,给有关国家的安全治理带来了重大难题。萨赫勒地带恐怖主义的扩散严重冲击了区域内各国的安全与发展,也是对全球反恐斗争与相关合作的巨大挑战,并对中国在该地区的利益构成威胁,因而需要予以高度重视、审慎应对。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the spread of terrorism in the Sahel region of Africa has intensified, and the "turbulent arc" of terrorism in the Middle East has extended to the region, making it a new zone of terrorism instability. The transnational spread of terrorism in the Sahel zone, the renewal of the means, collusion with other terrorism and its serious harmfulness have brought major problems to the security governance of the countries concerned. The spread of terrorism in the Sahel has seriously impacted on the security and development of the countries of the region, posed a great challenge to the global fight against terrorism and related cooperation, and posed a threat to China's interests in the region and therefore requires high attention, Be prudent in dealing with.
