全球贫困治理的困境及其创新发展的中国贡献

【摘要】：全球贫困问题是全球治理的重要议题之一。第二次世界大战结束以来,全球贫困治理的理论与实践都得到不断发展,表现出鲜明的特征。但近年来世界政治经济发展的不确定性日益凸显,使全球贫困治理面临重重困境。对此,中国提出一系列引领性的治理理念,积极参与国际发展合作,推进本国的扶贫开发工作,为推动全球贫困治理的创新发展做出了重大贡献。
[Abstract]:Global poverty is one of the most important issues in global governance. Since the end of World War II, the theory and practice of global poverty management have been developed continuously, showing distinct characteristics. However, in recent years, the uncertainty of world political and economic development has become increasingly prominent, which makes global poverty management face a lot of difficulties. In this regard, China has put forward a series of leading governance concepts, actively participated in international development cooperation, promoted its poverty alleviation and development work, and made significant contributions to the innovation and development of global poverty management.
