【摘要】：正今天,全球化和信息化持续而深远地改变着人们的生产生活方式、互动交流方式,引发了国际体系和国际秩序深度调整,带来了国际环境中诸多不确定性、风险和挑战。国家间的价值观念互动、文化思想融合进一步加深,与此同时,文化传统、思想理论、民族精神、乃至意识形态等领域的竞争和交锋也日趋激烈,国家形象的塑造、话语能力的提升,是世界主要国家都极其关注的一个重大现实问题。一般而言,话语权是指引领操控认知与舆论的权力,它直接脱胎于法国哲学家福
[Abstract]:Today, globalization and information technology have continuously and profoundly changed people's way of production and life, interactive communication, which has caused the deep adjustment of the international system and international order, and brought many uncertainties, risks and challenges in the international environment. The interaction of values between countries, the further integration of culture and thought, at the same time, the competition and confrontation in such fields as cultural tradition, ideological theory, national spirit, and even ideology are becoming increasingly fierce, and the image of the country is being shaped. The improvement of discourse ability is a major practical problem that major countries all over the world pay close attention to.
