移民汇款的地缘政治学：塔吉克斯坦对于俄罗斯的依赖性研究

【摘要】：本文研究的课题是海外移民向国内汇款所带来的地缘政治意义,所选取的案例是以塔吉克斯坦对俄罗斯的依赖性。该篇论文分为四个章节。第一章为导言。本章对论文进行一个简短的概述。我对研究主题的背景进行简单的阐述,然后阐述了本文的研究问题。接下来的部分,本文会对与这一主题相关的文献做了简要的梳理和说明。在文献梳理之后,对文献存在的若干问题进行分析并强调。本章提出主要论点,并展示了论文所使用的理论框架和方法论,另外也就研究主题的重要性进行必要的说明。在理论和方法论方面,该研究将使用现实主义理论的经济方面的有关内容。罗伯特·吉尔平曾经详尽论述了在强权政治竞争中主要的强国是如何将经济因素化为其影响力的来源。既然如此,侨汇影响就是一个零和游戏。俄罗斯势必认为任何美国或是欧盟的影响都将会极大的损害俄罗斯对于这些国家所造成的影响。因此,俄罗斯将侨汇作为一种手段来限制外部势力对中亚地区的影响。第二章则是塔吉克斯坦对于俄罗斯侨汇依赖的历史和背景,就资金方面,塔吉克斯坦非常依赖俄罗斯。超过一百万的塔吉克斯坦人在俄罗斯工作,他们将钱寄送回家里,也就是我们所称的侨汇。塔吉克斯坦的经济非常依赖这些侨汇,也是最依赖侨汇的国家之一。因此,塔吉克斯坦和来自俄罗斯的侨汇之间的联系是紧密和深厚的。第三章会是论文的主要章节,我想强调的是对于来自俄罗斯的侨汇的依赖已经极大的影响了塔吉克斯坦的对外政策。塔吉克斯坦努力向俄罗斯倾斜,一旦它与俄罗斯的意志相违背,俄罗斯将会通过多种方式停止侨汇,从而对塔吉克斯坦进行惩罚,包括遣返塔吉克斯坦劳工。因此塔吉克斯坦对于其他主要国际成员例如美国和欧盟的对外政策已经受到了其影响。最后部分为结论。
[Abstract]:The subject of this paper is the geopolitical significance of remittances from overseas immigrants, and the selected case is the dependence of Tajikistan on Russia. The paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter gives a brief overview of the thesis. I briefly describe the background of the research theme, and then elaborate the research issues in this paper. In the following sections, this article briefly reviews and explains the literature related to this topic. After combing the literature, some problems existing in the literature are analyzed and emphasized. This chapter presents the main arguments and shows the theoretical framework and methodology used in the paper, as well as the importance of the subject matter. In theory and methodology, the study will use the economic aspects of realism. Robert Gilpin elaborated on how the major powers in power politics use economic factors as a source of influence. In that case, the effect of remittances is a zero-sum game. Russia is bound to argue that any U.S. or EU influence would do much harm to its impact on these countries. As a result, Russia uses remittances as a means to limit the influence of external forces in Central Asia. The second chapter is the history and background of Tajikistan's dependence on Russian remittances. More than 1 million Tajiks work in Russia and send money home, what we call remittances. Tajikistan's economy is heavily dependent on these remittances and one of the most dependent. As a result, the links between Tajikistan and remittances from Russia are close and deep. The third chapter will be the main chapter of the paper, I would like to emphasize that the dependence on remittances from Russia has greatly affected Tajikistan's foreign policy. Tajikistan is trying to tilt towards Russia, and if it goes against Russia's will, Russia will punish Tajikistan by stopping remittances in a number of ways, including repatriating Tajik workers. As a result, Tajikistan's foreign policy towards other major international members, such as the United States and the European Union, has been affected. The last part is the conclusion.
