技术援助与以色列软实力构建
[Abstract]:As an important part of a country's foreign policy, technical assistance plays an important role in the process of constructing national soft power. Since its founding, Israel has attached great importance to the role of technical assistance in diplomacy, and has set up the Israel Center for International Cooperation, which is specifically responsible for foreign technical assistance. After more than 60 years of development, by 2009, the Israeli Center for International Cooperation has trained more than 250000 people from 132 countries in Israel and abroad, and has also established dozens of demonstration projects worldwide. The successful implementation of technical assistance has improved Israel's international image, enhanced Israel's humanistic diplomacy and become an important part of Israel's foreign policy.
