亚洲太空力量的崛起:现实与趋势

【摘要】：本文以中国、日本、印度为重点,对亚洲太空力量的群体性崛起,亚洲太空格局的特点,以及美国的亚洲太空"再平衡"及其影响进行了全景式的呈现和深入剖析。本文认为亚洲太空力量已经成为国际太空领域的一支生力军,对推动国际太空格局向多极化,国际太空治理向民主化方向的发展发挥了积极作用,未来亚洲太空力量将继续保持强劲的发展势头。目前亚洲主要太空国家的竞争一定程度上有利于亚洲整体太空发展水平的提高和太空利用的扩展,但亚洲太空合作不仅受到太空问题"政治化"、太空合作机制碎片化的困扰,美国亚洲太空"再平衡"更使亚洲太空形势特别是太空安全形势进一步复杂化。如何防止亚洲太空竞争演化为太空竞赛乃至太空军备竞赛,深化泛亚洲太空合作,成为亚洲国家亟须解决的重大课题。
[Abstract]:This paper, focusing on China, Japan and India, presents a panoramic and in-depth analysis of the mass rise of Asian space forces, the characteristics of Asian space pattern, and the "rebalancing" of Asian space in the United States and its impact. Space pattern is becoming multi-polarized, international space governance is developing towards democratization, and Asian space forces will continue to maintain a strong momentum of development in the future. How to prevent Asian space competition from evolving into a space race or even an arms race in space and deepen pan-Asian space cooperation has become an urgent task for Asian countries. Major issues to be solved.
