中国新一届中央领导集体的对欧外交

【摘要】：以习近平为总书记的新一届中央领导集体,依据发生了深刻变化的世情、国情及中欧关系的新特点,从中国的战略全局和实际需要出发,高度重视中国对欧外交,对中欧关系及欧盟在中国外交战略中的作用与地位做出了新判断,提出打造中欧"和平、增长、改革、文明"四大伙伴关系,积极推动中国对欧外交的发展。然而,由于欧盟及其成员国对中国崛起表现出的复杂心理,他们的对华政策充满不确定性,进而使中国的对欧外交面临挑战。
[Abstract]:The new central leadership collective with Xi Jinping as its general secretary has attached great importance to China's diplomacy to Europe in the light of the profound changes in the world, the national conditions and the new characteristics of China-EU relations, in view of China's strategic overall situation and practical needs. This paper makes a new judgment on China-EU relations and the role and status of EU in China's diplomatic strategy, and puts forward the establishment of China-EU "Peace, growth, Reform and Civilization" partnership to actively promote the development of China's diplomacy with Europe. However, due to the complex psychology of the EU and its member states on the rise of China, their policy towards China is full of uncertainty, which makes China's diplomacy to Europe face a challenge.
