日本学界对美国的认知变化及政策构想

【摘要】：随着美国地区影响力的相对下降和中美战略关系的发展,日本学界对日美同盟的可靠性和日本的国际地位日益感到不安,但主流意见依然认为,从长远来看,美国将维持其在国际秩序中的领导地位。基于这样的认识,他们主张更加积极主动地借助美国的力量以制衡中国,同时通过增强自身的能力和开展地缘政治外交来填补美国政策向内转而留下的权力真空。对美国认知的这种变化构成了日本战略转型的关键动因。但是,日本在战略上谋求更大的自主性和更强的实力,仍然受到美国的战略利益、日本的民意及日本对华认识中的狭隘心态等因素的限制,其转型的步伐只能是渐进的。
[Abstract]:With the relative decline in the influence of the United States in the region and the development of strategic relations between China and the United States, Japanese academic circles are increasingly uneasy about the reliability of the Japan-US alliance and Japan's international status. However, the mainstream view remains that, in the long run, The United States will maintain its leadership in the international order. Based on this understanding, they advocate a more proactive use of American power to counterbalance China, while filling the power vacuum left by U.S. policy inward by strengthening its own capabilities and conducting geopolitical diplomacy. This change in American cognition constitutes the key motivation for Japan's strategic transformation. However, Japan's strategic pursuit of greater autonomy and strength is still limited by the strategic interests of the United States. The pace of its transformation can only be gradual due to the constraints of Japanese public opinion and the narrow mentality of Japan's understanding of China.
