【摘要】：正党的十八大以来的两年,是党、国家和军队建设发展进程中极不平凡的两年。习近平主席站在时代发展和战略全局的高度,统筹国内国际两个大局,统筹安全发展两件大事,始终把维护国家安全作为头等大事,以深邃的世界眼光、深沉的历史担当和高超的领导艺术,鲜明提出总体国家安全观重大战略思想,亲自指挥开展维护国家安全的重大行动,极大创新发展了我党安全指导理论和实践。一、总体国家安全观是维护国家安全的科学指南党的十八大以来,习主席顺应时代发展要求和国家利益需要,坚持把国家安全问题放在当今世界大变局的时代背景下加以思考,放在实现中华
[Abstract]:The two years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have been extraordinary in the process of building and developing the Party, the country and the army. Standing at the height of the development of the times and the overall strategic situation, President Xi Jinping has coordinated the overall situation of both domestic and international situations, as well as the two major issues of security development. He has always made safeguarding national security a top priority and has a profound world vision. With its profound historical responsibility and superb leadership art, this paper puts forward clearly the important strategic thought of the overall national security concept, personally directs and carries out major actions to safeguard national security, and greatly innovates and develops the guiding theory and practice of our party's security.
